okay hotel near the beach
infinity pool beach variety dishes fresh fruit crowded lobby training issue drink errors
The hotel has pools. One pool has an infinity edge looking towards the beach. The location worked well. It was near the beach and an easy walk to restaurants. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the variety of dishes and fresh fruit.
The hotel was quite busy, and the lobby always felt crowded with people coming and going. This. The staff sometimes seemed unsure of what to do, maybe they need more training.

inconsistent service and some disappointments
long wait times torn pant leg
during my stay, i noted the hotel seemed understaffed, resulting in long wait times. retrieving my laundry proved problematic because it came back with a torn pant leg. it took considerable effort to resolve this issue, eating up valuable vacation time. the lack of prompt service impacted the overall experience negatively.

excellent stay!
clean room excellent service diverse breakfast
The room was very clean and well appointed! the service was excellent all round. The staff addressed our needs quickly and efficiently. i especially liked the variety of choices at breakfast. I found both local and international options. the gym was a bonus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine.

an ok stay
super clean room comfortable bed good breakfast noisy neighbor poor soundproofing mediocre response
the room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. breakfast had good variety and the location is great for the beach. there is a slight walk to bangla road and restaurants, about 15 minutes.
neighbors was very noisy and disrespectful. the rooms arent sound proofed. i called reception at 2am on two times. i was given another room and that did not help.

poor soundproofing generic design
The soundproofing was an issue. I heard everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms (and I mean everything). The design felt generic. It lacked any real local Thai touch and could have been located anywhere. (Did I fly all this way for an international experience?)

moldy smell small pools
the breakfast buffet had many options. the location was close to the beach.
I found a problem with the room i received. It had no windows. this. the pools were too small, and loud music played at the deck pool.
